SFG-350 Food Grade Silicone Lubricant NSF H1 is a formulation of Food Grade Polydimethylsiloxane dispersed in a food grade isoparaffinic carrying agent. It is clear, colorless, odorless and compatible with the majority of plastic, paper, paperboard, rubber, metal and wood surfaces. SFG-350 Food Grade Silicone Lubricant is formulated for use in food processing, food packaging, bottling, and canning applications. It is most widely applied via hand sprayer or power sprayer to impart a thin film of silicone on the surface.
SFG-350 Food Grade Silicone Lubricant is used as a lubricant/release agent in the manufacture of such food-packaging materials such as paper and paperboard. Applications include the lubricant and release agent in the manufacturing of bathroom tissue, napkins, paper towels, paper plates, paper cups, plastic cups, plastic plates, ice cream containers etc.
SFG-350 Food Grade Silicone Lubricant provides excellent slip, release and anti-friction properties. Use on Chutes, Bins, Walls, & Tables in Food Packing & Processing areas to allow materials to slide easier and prevent sticking. SFG-350 prevents food buildups and cuts clean-up times to a fraction.
SFG-350 Food Grade Silicone Lubricant is registered with the NSF Nonfood Compounds Registration Program, a continuation of the USDA product approval and listing program, which is based on meeting regulatory requirements including FDA 21 CFR for appropriate use, ingredient & labeling. Approved for applications where incidental contact with food may occur for use in federally inspected food processing plants.
