High Viscosity Silicone Fluids are widely used in Flow Control, Temperature Control and Motion Control technologies. In comparison to conventional oils, they offer a distinct advantage for instruments, gauges and devices that are subject to extreme temperatures and high pressures.
Due to their high damping action, low viscosity change at temperature, wide service temperature range and inertness, High Viscosity Fluids are widely as damping fluids to reduce vibration and amplitude of motion.
High Viscosity Silicone Fluids possess excellent lubricity, high tack, and are compatible with virtually all plastic and rubber materials. As such, there are widely used to lubricate O‐rings, gaskets, valves and seals.
