$0.00

High Viscosity Pure Silicone Fluids are clear, colorless, and odorless linear Polydimethylsiloxane fluids / PDMS Silicone Oils that range in viscosities from 5,000cSt to 100,000cSt (centistokes) @ 25°C. They are characterized by their low pour points, high flash points, wide service temperature range, low viscosity change at temperature (low VTC), excellent lubricity, high dielectric strength, RI Values between 1.3970 to 1.4000, and inertness to virtually all substrates.

High Viscosity Silicone Fluids are widely used in Flow Control, Temperature Control and Motion Control technologies. In comparison to conventional oils, they offer a distinct advantage for instruments, gauges and devices that are subject to extreme temperatures and high pressures.

Due to their high damping action, low viscosity change at temperature, wide service temperature range and inertness, High Viscosity Fluids are widely as damping fluids to reduce vibration and amplitude of motion.

High Viscosity Silicone Fluids possess excellent lubricity, high tack, and are compatible with virtually all plastic and rubber materials. As such, there are widely used to lubricate O‐rings, gaskets, valves and seals.
