Food Grade Silicone Lubricants

SFG‐350 Food Grade Silicone Lubricant is a formulation of Food Grade PDMS Silicone Oil (CAS # 63148‐62‐9) / Polydimethylsiloxane that is dispersed in a Food Grade Isoparaffinic carrying agent. The fluid is clear, odorless with a viscosity of water. SFG‐350 is registered with the NSF/USDA as an NSF H1 lubricant that is approved for use as a lubricant and release agent where incidental contact with food may occur in Food Production, Food Processing, Food Packaging, Manufacture of Paper and Paperboard for Food Products, Food Treatment, Bottling and Canning, Food Transportation and Food Shipment. SFG‐350 is a cost‐effective alternative to aerosols. It is available in 5‐gallon pails and 55‐gallon drums.

Pure Silicone Fluid 350cSt NSF H1 Food Grade is a 100% PDMS Silicone Oil or Polydimethylsiloxane (CAS # 63148‐62‐9) with a viscosity of 350cSt. It is registered with the NSF as an H1 lubricant and meets FDA 21 CFR specifications for use in Food Production, Food Processing, Food Packaging, Manufacture of Paper and Paperboard for Food Products, Food Treatment, Bottling and Canning, Food Transportation and Food Shipment areas where incidental contact with food may occur.

Pure Silicone Fluid 1,000cSt Food Grade is a 100% PDMS Silicone Oil or Polydimethylsiloxane (CAS # 63148‐62‐9) with a viscosity of 1,000cSt. It is the same PDMS composition as the PSF‐350cSt but has a higher viscosity, which allows it stay on the surface for longer periods. PSF‐1,000cSt meets FDA 21 CFR specifications for use in Food Production, Food Processing, Food Packaging, Manufacture of Paper and Paperboard for Food Products, Food Treatment, Bottling and Canning, Food Transportation and Food Shipment areas where incidental contact with food may occur.

FGSE‐35‐2017 NPF is a 35% active silicone emulsions concentrate that can diluted by simply adding water. FGSE‐ 35‐2017 meets FDA 21 CFR specifications for incidental food contact and is recommended for use in Food Production, Food Processing, Food Packaging, Food Treatment, Food Transportation and Food Shipment. FGSE35 is widely used as a release agent for plastic parts, mold release agent for tortilla processing, mold release agent for baker. Unlike other formulations, it is NPF (Nonyl Phenol Free)….can ship to the EU and Canada without restrictions.

Clearco Silicone Grease 3005 (food grade) is a 100% silicone grease (Polydimethylsiloxane grease) that is used to lubricate and protect O‐rings, gaskets, valves and seals in Food Processing and Food Packaging Plants. It is registered with the NSF as an H1 lubricant and meets FDA 21 CFR specifications for incidental contact with food.
