This allows emulsification of extremely high viscosity methyl end blocked dimethyl silicone fluids. If residual catalyst and variability in emulsion polymerized (ep) products cause problems in your formulation, these products are a natural next step in your formulation process. Silicone emulsions are used in a wide range of industrial and consumer products such as, release agents for rubber and plastic, hot metal lubricants and coatings.
