Use: Clearco Food Grade White Silicone Concentrate #35 is a non-ionic 35% active silicone emulsion (water-based) that is formulated for incidental contact with food in food processing and food packaging applications. The active ingredient is Pure Silicone Fluid 350cSt (polydimethylsiloxane) (CAS # 63148-62-9). FGWSC#35 meets Federal Regulation 21CFR 175.300 for incidental contact with food in food processing and food packaging applications.
It has a wide variety of applications that include: lubricant for latex rubber, release agent for plastic molds, mold release agent for aluminum foil pans, release agent for plastic cups, release agent for molding plastic trays and containers, anti-friction lubricant for sewing thread & sewing needle.

Use:Clearco MAPR-55% is a Methylalkyl Paintable Release Agent Emulsion that contains 55% active Methylalkyl Silicone to provides outstanding lubricating and release properties. It is used in a wide array of applications for injection molded plastic, rubber and foam parts.. MAPR-55% is a nonionic emulsion that has excellent emulsion stability when diluted. Clearco MAPRA-55% is concentrated to save you money. One drum can make the equivalent of 10-drums of finished product by simply adding water (5% active final formulation).
MAPRA 55% will not interfere with paintability or Topcoating. The fluid is compatible with paints and coating and will not cause “fisheye effects” as seen with conventional dimethyl (polydimethylsiloxane) silicone fluids.
It is useful as a lubricant for soft metals such as aluminum, zinc and copper, and is particularly effective as a rubber or plastic lubricant when mated against steel or aluminum.
In comparison to polydimethylsiloxanes, Clearco Methylalkyl Silicones have greater compatibility with organic materials, higher viscosity-temperature coefficients, lower compressibility, and decreased oxidation stability.
