Products Description: Clearco Silicone Sprays for Injection Mold Release are formulated to provide multi-part releases per application. They impart a light-durable silicone film on the entire mold surface. Their mist spray patterns ensure that even the most intricate of molds can be released without deformity of the plastic part. IN addition, the spray systems will not produce buildups in the mold like other competitive products. Both the High Performance and Ultra-Dry possess finely atomized spray patterns that are fog-like in appearance. They are extremely dry films, the Ultra-Dry Spray being the drier of the two.

The High Performance Silicone Spray and Ultra-Dry Silicone Spray are classified as non-flammable, passing the ASTM 18” flame test. However, with any application involving heat, testing is necessary to confirm that it meets safety requirements. They are not formulated with solvents, and administer the silicone to the surface thru their propellant. Use: Clearco Ultra-Dry Food Grade Silicone Mold Release Spray is specially formulated as a food grade release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded materials such as plastics, rubber, waxes, and similar materials. It is the ideal product when minimal release agent is required and when application requires the driest film possible.

Ultra-Dry contains no solvents that can attack plastics and other materials. The carrying agent is the propellant and a light, food-grade; silicone film is left on the surface providing easy removal from molds and multi-part releases. It improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form, pour cast, die cast, and extrusion molding.
