Use: Mr. Clearco Food Grade Silicone Spray is formulated for use in the Food Industry. It is registered with the NSF/USDA as an H1 lubricant that is approved for use in food packaging and food processing applications where incidental contact with food may occur. In addition, it meets or exceeds FDA 21 CFR 175.300 for use in federally inspected food processing plants. The active ingredient is 100% food grade polydimethylsiloxane (CAS # 63148-62-9) with a temperature range of –40ºC to 200ºC.

The silicone film that is imparted on the surface provides excellent lubricity, high dielectric strength, and protection against corrosion. It is safe to use on the majority of plastic and rubber surfaces. A fine spray is all that is required to keep materials moving freely on bins, chutes, conveyors, glides, assemblies and other surfaces. Mr. Clearco Food Grade Silicone Spray’s formulation and clean spray pattern are ideally suited for applications in Meat Packing plants, Poultry plants, Dairy Plants and Bottling Facilities.

Clearco 350cSt is thermally stable, showing excellent stability when exposed to low and high temperatures for long periods of time. Other uses include: Defoaming agent, Damping Fluid, O-Ring Lubricant, Heat Transfer Fluid, and Bath Fluid.

Pure Silicone Fluid 350cSt (food grade) is characterized by its wide service temperature range, excellent lubricity, high resistance to oxidation and corrosion and and compatibility with virtually all materials including rubber, plastics, foams and metals.

Pure Silicone 350cSt (food grade) is registered with the USDA / NSF Nonfood Compound Registration Program as an H1 lubricant (NSF Registration # 134111) in food processing and food packaging areas. The NSF H1 Registration is based upon meeting regulatory requirements including FDA 21 CFR for appropriate use, ingredient and labeling. as a lubricant and anti-rust agent where incidental contact with food may occur.

Pure Silicone Fluid 350cSt (food grade) is approved for use in a wide array of applications in food processing facilities, food packaging facilities, bottling facilities, canning facilities, meat packing facilities, poultry processing facilities. Pure Silicone Fluid 350cSt can also be used as a defoaming agent in non-standardized foods (except milk) in amount not to exceed 10 parts per million.
