Use: Mr. Clearco Food Grade Silicone Spray is formulated for use in the Food Industry. It is registered with the NSF/USDA as an H1 lubricant that is approved for use in food packaging and food processing applications where incidental contact with food may occur. In addition, it meets or exceeds FDA 21 CFR 175.300 for use in federally inspected food processing plants. The active ingredient is 100% food grade polydimethylsiloxane (CAS # 63148-62-9) with a temperature range of –40ºC to 200ºC.
The silicone film that is imparted on the surface provides excellent lubricity, high dielectric strength, and protection against corrosion. It is safe to use on the majority of plastic and rubber surfaces. A fine spray is all that is required to keep materials moving freely on bins, chutes, conveyors, glides, assemblies and other surfaces. Mr. Clearco Food Grade Silicone Spray’s formulation and clean spray pattern are ideally suited for applications in Meat Packing plants, Poultry plants, Dairy Plants and Bottling Facilities.

Use: Clearco Ultra-Dry Food Grade Silicone Mold Release Spray is specially formulated as a food grade release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded materials such as plastics, rubber, waxes, and similar materials. It is the ideal product when minimal release agent is required and when application requires the driest film possible.
Ultra-Dry contains no solvents that can attack plastics and other materials. The carrying agent is the propellant and a light, food-grade; silicone film is left on the surface providing easy removal from molds and multi-part releases. Clearco Food Grade Mineral Oil Spray is a 100% white mineral oil (CAS# 8042-47-5) that protects and lubricates food processing machinery and parts. It is NSF H1 registered for applications where incidental contact with food may occur, and meets FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 requirements.
Clearco Food Grade Mineral Oil Spray imparts an odorless and tasteless durable film that is recommended for applications where steam or water is likely to wash the lubricant from the surface. It is a better product than silicone for applications involving metal-to-metal, as well as for areas where silicone sprays are prohibited.
Food Grade Mineral Oil Spray provides excellent rust protection to equipment, allowing longer spans between maintenance, especially in areas of intense food processing and production. In addition, it is an excellent penetrating oil for equipment and surfaces with dirt and corrosion.
